Antoinette began her journey in the fitness industry in 2012 as a Personal Trainer, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of physical activity and self-care on overall well-being. An APPI-trained instructor with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach certification, Antoinette boasts an impressive array of qualifications. She has built a team of dedicated, highly skilled trainers to deliver expertly designed programs tailored to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Antoinette excels in one-on-one sessions and group classes alike. Her approach combines mindfulness with movement, focusing on form, technique, and purpose to help clients progress toward improved mobility, strength, and confidence.

In her sessions, you can expect a balance of fun, energy, and precision, all designed to challenge and inspire. Outside the studio, Antoinette enjoys exploring her culinary creativity and taking road trips to discover new places.

Chloe

With a background in psychology, Chloe understands that true wellness encompasses both physical and mental well-being. A long-time Pilates enthusiast, she has developed her own practice over many years through dedication and continuous learning.

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, Chloe brings a warm, empowering energy to every class. She blends elements of the classical Pilates repertoire with a contemporary approach. Her teaching is designed to help clients build strength, enhance body awareness, and move with greater confidence and control.

Chloe is passionate about the sense of community that grows within the studio and finds great joy in watching clients progress and refine their Pilates practice over time.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her curled up with her Golden Retrievers, Harvey, and Daisy, watching a Disney movie.

Emily

Emily has been practicing Pilates for years, and it’s been a transformative journey for her—so knowing she gets to teach it now is truly the best.

She loves sharing the benefits she’s experienced, as Pilates offers a unique blend of physical challenge and mental focus that transforms both body and mind. Teaching both reformer and mat Pilates allows Emily to guide her classes in discovering their own strength and potential.

There’s something incredibly rewarding for her in watching people challenge themselves and grow, and she thrives on the energy that comes from interacting with such a diverse group of individuals.

Each class is an opportunity for Emily to connect, inspire, and help create a supportive community where everyone can feel empowered on their fitness journey.

I love to celebrate bodies, our good health and what we can do! Pilates is such an inspiring way to move and I feel real joy from leading a class and observing progress.

With me, you can expect to check in with your self and your breath as you move, celebrating your own unique body. I offer a strong and slow class, focused on control. I will invite you to challenge yourself or to stay within your level of comfort. You can really feel empowered to make the time in studio your own!

Eve fell in love with her own Pilates practice years ago and was amazed at how great she felt after the first class, both physically and mentally.

What began as a personal journey quickly turned into a professional calling, inspiring Eve to help others experience the strength, balance, and body awareness that Pilates offers. Eve creates a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients of all levels, with a focus on mindful movement and proper alignment.

Eve has a true passion for helping people feel confident, strong, and connected within themselves.
