Antoinette

Studio 11 founder Antoinette entered the fitness industry in 2012 as a Personal Trainer and has seen first hand the positive impact making time for yourself and participating in physical activity has on an individual.

Antoinette is an APPI trained instructor, has a Cert III & IV in Fitness, is a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach, along with many other qualifications and has built a team of highly skilled and passionate trainers to help you reach your fitness goals through their carefully curated programs.

She has extensive experience working one-on-one with clients to achieve specific goals and has trained and specialised in athletic conditioning, injury and chronic pain rehabilitation and pre/post natal strengthening.

Every class and individual session she programs is rooted in mindfulness and combines movement with focus, feeling and purpose, advancing clients over time to a state of better mobility, strength and confidence.

Expect a mixed bag with her sessions. Fun, energetic but also movement focused and ensuring correct technique and great form.

When she’s not in the studio she enjoys cooking, is a bit of a part-time astronomer and loves a good road trip.

Rebecca

I love people and I love Pilates, so it was a match made in heaven. Knowing the highs and lows of motivation & consistency, I am here to support, challenge and guide you to reach your goals and have a lot of fun doing it.

No one laughs more than me and I always strive to bring JOY into the practice so everyone in the studio leaves feeling uplifted.

Come to my class for a range of options and a real good time!

Alana

I have always been passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle.

As a professional dancer who began my journey at the age of 3, I commenced classical ballet training, later adding many other genres of dance to my skill set.

Further on I continued that journey and studied full time performing arts at Patrick Studios Australia.

I then found my passion for Pilates.
Upon completing my course and becoming an instructor, I soon realised the same love for reformer as I did with dance.

Through Pilates I was able to merge knowledge from all aspects of my training to create energetic, empowering, and motivating classes, with a background in martial arts also, my classes are fast paced and sure to make you sweat but also nurture the body and allow people to fall in love with reformer just as I did.

Starting Soon..

My professional fitness journey started after becoming a mum and for me pilates has been transformative in so many ways.

I came from an intense corporate background, so I understand the pressure that poor posture, reduced mobility and stress can have on the whole body. While on maternity leave, I rekindled my love for pilates and while losing my baby weight, I built inner and outer strength.

I am certified in mat work and reformer pilates, as well as ante and post natal pilates. With two kids under 5, I understand how pilates can restore, rebalance and rejuvenate the body’s muscles and functionality.

Having found my own confidence through pilates, I am passionate about helping others achieve their own health and wellness goals. My sessions are whole body and function focused and will really fire up the core and glutes. I love a good stretch, so you will always find mobility exercises throughout my classes.

When I am not teaching pilates or working on my repertoires, I am chasing after my two little loves and two fur babies or planning our next travel adventure.

I can’t wait to see you in the studio and work with you to build strength through cleansing movement.

Chloe

With a background in psychology and experience working in the mental health field, I understand that true wellness encompasses both physical and mental well-being.

As a longtime Pilates enthusiast, I have honed my skills through years of dedicated practice and continuous learning.

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor I love to combine strength based exercises to create a full body burner.

Outside of the studio you will find me watching a Disney movie cuddled up with my Golden Retriever Harvey.

Bella

My name is Bella, l am a Melbourne based Pilates instructor – recently returned from working overseas on cruise ships.

A dancer since I was four years old Pilates was a natural fit for me. You may hear some classic dancing terminology throughout my classes, but I always like to keep it strong and fun.

For me Pilates is all about control, strength, technique, and focusing all your energy on your own goals. I can’t wait to see you all around the studio.
